Grandparent Heaven
Grandpa Buzzy came out for a visit this past weekend to meet Ryan and spend time with the rest of us. And while I know it was great for him to get to see the newest little Sharma, it was Colin who really had the most fun. He played and played and played with Grandpa, non-stop all day long.
And while Grandpa often "complained" about being exhausted, it was clear that he was thoroughly enjoying Colin and his antics. They threw balls (and Grandpa Buzzy worked with Colin on learning how to catch!), ran races, chased bubbles, played with Colin's truck (thank you Miss Jessica!), watched some videos, read books, and in general just enjoyed the heck out of one another.
Yesterday was the bonus plan, because in addition to Grandpa Buzzy his other grandparents came up from Philadelphia for an afternoon barbecue. Colin was in a giant frenzy, playing with all three of his grandparents! And it took all three of them (and his parents!) to keep up with the little guy. All I can say is that they better all continue to stay in good shape - Colin isn't slowing down any, and Ryan will be adding his "zip" to the mix in the very near future. At that point we're going to need all three of them to help us wear these boys out!
